Aluminum plate belongs to Al-Zn-Mg-Cu super duralumin. 7075 alloy has been used in the aircraft manufacturing industry since the late 1940s and is still widely used in the aviation industry. Its characteristics are good plasticity after solid solution treatment, heat treatment strengthening effect is particularly good, has a high strength below 150ºC, and has a particularly good low temperature strength; Poor welding performance; Prone to stress corrosion cracking; Need to be coated with aluminum or other protective treatment. The resistance to stress corrosion cracking can be improved by two - stage aging.
